Swagbucks

I just started a new egg that I wanted to let everyone know about.  It's called swagbucks.  Basically you earn swagbucks for searching the internet.  They add up and you can purchase gift cards.  I prefer the amazon and sephora gift cards but there are tons of others!

Adsense

I would like to recommend using Adsense for those that are working at home.  It takes a while for money to start coming in, but it has already started for me.  It's not a lot, but every little bit helps.  You can use Google Adsense on blogs or webpages.

Check from People String

Peoplestring is mailing me a check!  Whoo hoo!  All for doing nothing!  I basically just sign in a few times a day and browse around.  I know it's not tons of money, but it's enough to go buy some groceries.  If you need a referral, it is listed in my Feb. 2 blog.
The last day of my job at Woodforest is on Sunday.  I can't believe that it has come up so fast.  I am finally going to be a Work-at-home mom!  I have missed being home with my kids so much.  Aubrey is already going to be a year old on April 15th!  Time sure does fly!
I am still doing some work for West at Home, although I need to do more.  Once I'm home for good I will be.  I am going to concentrate more on some articles as well.

Randomness again

Well last week was a whirlwind!  Aubrey had RSV, a double ear infection and the beginnings of pnemonia in the beginning of the week.  With the help of our Chiropractor she got better fast.  Friday we left for Charleston for Ashley's wedding that I was in.  It went by so fast!  It was a beautiful wedding and she was a beautiful bride.  Weddings always get me so emotional!  It's been almost five years since my own!  It's so hard to believe that Mike and I have been married for that long!  It has been a wonderful run though!  I really couldnt ask for a better person to put up with me!  LOL!  We really do balance each other out.
Working at home is going okay.  I wish I had more time to do it but I am still working away from the home as well.  I'm up around 25 bucks on my people string account, and that's basically doing absolutely nothing!  I just sign in there a few times a day and use their search engine. http://www.peoplestring.com/?f=wife2mikejh
I think my favorite writing site is textbroker.com.  I find good topics to write about and they don't take a whole lot of time.  Earnings are unlimited there because you can write as much as you want.  I'd do a lot more writing if I had more time!

Tummy Trouble and Writing Stuff

Ugh my stomach is killing me!  I ate some peppers earlier and should have known that they would destroy my stomach.  I am so tired of having to deal with this!  I wish there was an easy fix, but unfortunetly, from what I have read about my condition, there is no real solution.  It really makes life hard.
So lately I have been writing for Associated Content, Textbroker, and Firehow.  I am enjoying it so far.  I've alway loved to write so this is right up my alley.  Textbroker is the best one I think since it pays the fastest.  There also seems to always be work posted for grams.  Associated Content and Firehow are good for residuals. Here is my profile for Associated Content: http://www.associatedcontent.com/user/709653/kacy_hartson.html
I only have a few things posted for now but there are more to come!  My profile at firehow is here: http://www.firehow.com/Community.html.  I'm not sure if it will let you get to it or not but there it is to try.
I'm still earning money on Peoplestring.  It's nice to finally seem some money coming in from that.  It took a while to get my postcard with my code, but since I got it, I get offers all the time to complete and make money from.  Its very easy too!

Other than work... Mike has an interview for a police position on Thursday!  I am very excited for him.  He has wanted this forever so I really hope he gets it.  He has a love for improving the community and I think he will make a great cop.
Grayson is doing math now! He is adding and I am so proud of him!  We will soon be signing him up for t-ball and I totally can't wait!  I think I am probably more excited about it then he is.  I just remember playing ball as the best days of my life so hopefully that will be the same for him.  The friendships and bonds I formed playing softball were some of the best I ever had!
Koulston is being wild lately.  He is very clingy to his dad and loving to his sister.
Aubrey is nine months old and still nursing!  I am so proud of myself for lasting this long!
That is about it for tonight.  I will update on some of my work from home jobs later.

Making extra money from home

So I have been on a mission to find legitimate WAH companies.  I am on with one right now: West at Home.  They are an inbound call service center that takes calls for different companies.  So far so good!  They pay by talk time or min. wage.  Which means, if your talk time doesn't equal min. wage then you still get paid min. wage.  Good for a little extra cash I think.  Shifts are very easy to get!
I also joined Peoplestring.  It's not much, but it's a social networking site that you can earn money on just by using their site and can sign up to receive mail codes and get money for entering them in.  If you need a referral or just want to check it out here is my link: http://www.peoplestring.com/?u=wife2mikejh
Another site I joined was IM Report card.  Basically you rate and comment on internet products and get points for it.  The points turn into money that can be redeemed through pay pal.  http://www.imreportcard.com/r/wife2mikejh Here is a referral if you are interested.  I am still surfing around trying to find other things that are legitimate.  I will keep everyone posted.
As far as life is concerned, I am sick right now:(  I think I have a viral infection or something.  I have felt awful!  The kids and the hubby are fine though so I guess that's what matters!!!

So I am trying to find some work to do at home while I continue at the bank.  I found a company West at Home, legitimate and approved by the BBB.  All you need is a land line and high speed internet.  I finished the application process and paperwork process.  I'm just awaiting on my training now.  It will be great for extra income.  If Mike every gets on at a police department I will have to stay at home with the kids so maybe I will be established by then.  For now I'm just stressed... stressed with all the things I need to do all the time!!!  Christmas time is always stressful it seems.  This year our finances are about half of what they were last year.  Last year was a good year.  But I'm blessed to have a good job and have everything I need and a little extra.  My children are happy and my husband is loyal and wonderful.  There isn't much more I can ask for.  It just seems I have all these little things to do, not to mention the tons of schoolwork that seems to pile up!!!!  I can't wait from my holiday break from school!  I feel like I miss out on so much of the kids lives by working away from the home.  It really depresses me.  Mike has been wonderful with the kids, but I am seriously jealous that he gets more time with them then I do!!!  I miss them so much when I'm at work!!!
